Wilderness and Remote First Aid
The purpose of this American Red Cross Wilderness and Remote First Aid course is to provide individuals a foundation of first aid principles and skills to be able to respond to emergencies and give care in areas that do not have immediate emergency medical services (EMS) response, such as wilderness and remote environments, including urban disasters, such as earthquakes and hurricanes. This course is designed for those who are interested in the outdoors, live or work in remote areas, or are preparing to respond to disaster locations.

Project WET, WILD, and Learning Tree
The purpose of these trainings is for individuals interested in conducting
lessons
for their school or organization. Professional Learning Units
or continuing education credits are available! You will receive educational materials
and resources to help you make your workshops a success! Network
with other natural resource professionals and learn about other educational resources available to you! And become a leader in environmental education!
Summer 2012
Fortson is a great place for kids to meet new friends! Camp will take place from July 15-20 and July 22-26. The cost of one week of camp is $252 per child. You will drop off your children on Sunday, and pick them up on Thursday evening. You can choose to send your child for one week or for both weeks.
